Whether your celebration is at one of our museum-restaurants or at the Krallerhof itself, when it comes to the food and drink, your party will be entirely dedicated to enjoyment of every kind. Our chef loves to use seasonal ingredients in his creations, and buying locally is also important to him. We use first-class organic produce from the local area, herbs and vegetables from the hotel's own garden, meat from Salzburger Naturbeef, lamb from the nearby Tauern mountains and fish from local lakes and rivers. We prepare a great deal in-house, such as our jams, syrups and pasta. Bread and pastries are made fresh every day in the hotel's own bakery.
